Once a month, a scheduled class will be offered. If the minimum number of people is not reached, the class will be cancelled and deposits returned,

Vouchers can be purchased for full or part payment for any course. They are customised for the individual and are valid for 6 months.

My granddaughter and I really enjoyed our bespoke French bread making course. Danielle made it fun and interesting and we learnt such a lot from her. She had done a lot of preparation to ensure that we were able to make the most out of our time and experience making a range of breads. Best of all we got to take home lots of lovely products.

We had a wonderful afternoon learning the art of sourdough making. We already had a little experience with sourdough, but were not managing to produce consistent quality loaves. Danielle tailored the class to us perfectly and we learnt so much in a couple of hours. She has created a simple method which is grounded in science and experience, and we can’t wait to put it into practice. I would highly recommend.
A really fantastic afternoon. Danielle was so helpful and full of handy hints. We came away with 6 sweet rolls, a granary style loaf and a focaccia. All absolutely delicious and I'm so delightful that I now have the hints and confidence to bake bread for myself after years of baking 'bricks'. 😂
I was delighted to take an online class with Danielle, who more than lived up to these glowing testimonies. She introduced me to making sourdough loaves in a calm and funny fashion and the product... well, let's just say, it was a delight and has kept on being so on a weekly basis ever since.

My family bought me an online Baguette-baking course for Christmas. The correspondence from the start was very good, and all useful links were shared with me before my sessions started.
Danielle was very informative and the pace of the sessions were perfect.
I thought I knew a bit about bread-baking, but I soon realised how much more I could learn! The tips about temperatures and textures were very useful indeed. I made 4 baguettes which came out a lot better than I had hoped for - they made for a very tasty lunch later that day!
My wife bought me a voucher to attend one of Danielle's workshops and I decided to upgrade it to a one-on-one session looking at French bread making in particular. That was a great idea as working with Danielle in this way was really good. All the pre-workshop comms were great and, in these days, the COVID instructions were clearly set out for me.
Danielle has a wonderful way of working with you and demonstrating the techniques of French Bread making. She also made it very interesting and we were soon flying along working on different breads using different flours and techniques. The morning shot by and towards the end we were already baking the first loaves. After a home cooked lunch, with homemade bread, of course, we spent time talking about places to buy bread making equipment and flour whilst we shaped the rest of the breads and then cooked them. By the end of the session I had 4 different types of bread to take away with me and one to cook the following morning.
I had a wonderful time with Danielle and can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who wants to learn how to bake bread or improve their skills. You will both enjoy yourself and come away with increased knowledge and wonderful bread. Thanks for a great day Danielle.
I found a couple of 30 minute Zoom sessions invaluable. I needed some professional help to speed up the process of learning to bake with a new oven ( a used Rofco from a baker who was expanding their business). Danielle has not only given me essential tips about ovens but a wider range of advice on the process of fermentation etc: helpful when you feel you are loosing your way. Definitely recommended! I enjoyed a one-on-one baking day with Danielle which focused on sourdough bread and the Rofco oven. Although I had been baking for many years she really helped me with technique and had great suggestions for baking different loaves of bread.
Her straightforward approach to baking bread and getting great results really stood out. I highly recommend her class.
