Welcome to Severn Bites.  I’m a professionally trained bread baker having trained in France in 2014. I now run a variety of breadmaking course including pizza making classes, and full and half day classes for beginners and those with some knowledge. The emphasis is on providing skills that can be replicated at home.

In addition to running breadmaking classes, I explore food and drink in and around the Severn River and include food themed posts for places abroad and around the United Kingdom.  You’ll discover reviews of food, drink, cafes and restaurants, my own recipes and more.

I founded the Edinburgh Foody blog in 2010. I worked with many well known brands and PR companies and grew the blog to the highest ranking in Edinburgh with a writing panel of 4.

In 2016, I left it in capable hands and am now enjoying life in Gloucestershire.
