Bread Classes

Learn to Bake Bread with Danielle

Why make bread? It’s easier than you think and particularly satisfying to achieve.

Have you tried making bread and are dissatisfied with the results? Is it something you’ve always wanted to try, but have never got round to it? Perhaps you’ve mastered the basics but want to take the next step? Would you like to give a gift to a friend or family member? Or you’re thinking of buying a Rofco bread oven for use at home?

Come and bake bread with me? I’ll share the techniques I learnt whilst training professionally in France adapted for your domestic kitchen. I run the courses from my home near Slimbridge.

There’s nothing like the smell and taste of fresh baked bread. What are you waiting for?

Why bake with me?

  • Proven techniques that you’ll be able to replicate at home
  • Learn how to bake the French way
  • A full-on class that’s fun, but where you will work hard
  • Go home with a new found passion for bread.
  • Discover what previous participants think about the bread classes.

Learn to Bake

The basic class runs for approximately 4 hours and can be booked individually or as a group of up to 4 people. A light lunch of bread and soup and refreshments are included.

On the basic course you’ll learn techniques to make good consistent bread with recipes adapted for a home kitchen. You’ll go home laden with bread, recipes and the satisfaction that you’ve learnt a new skill.

Over the next few months, classes will be held at weekends. Autumn class on weekdays to follow.
