Why choose Severn Bites Breadmaking Classes? Our small group setting ensures personalised attention and the opportunity to learn new bread-making skills.
Danielle, your tutor, received professional training in France. Our classes are designed to equip you with skills that you can easily replicate at home, so you can continue to bake delicious bread even after the class ends.
You’ll leave each class with plenty of mouth-watering bread to enjoy. Classes are 2.5 hours long, and you can choose from our scheduled classes or book a private session. If you prefer, book an online course or advice session.

Vouchers are can be purchased for any value and can be used for full or part payment for any course. They are customised for the individual and are valid for 6 months. If you have a voucher, please contact me directly to book.

We had another fabulous morning with Danielle, this time learning about sourdough. She made us very welcome and expertly accommodated our different levels of experience. My granddaughter and I really enjoyed our bespoke French bread making course. Danielle made it fun and interesting and we learnt such a lot from her. She had done a lot of preparation to ensure that we were able to make the most out of our time and experience making a range of breads. Best of all we got to take home lots of lovely products.
